Our qualified scaffolding team have been trained up to industry safety requirements. Projects are proactively monitored to ensure that safe working procedures are in place, and we provide Method Statements to clients and operatives to this end.
Scaffolder training plan
Our scaffolder training plan has been developed under the guidance of Construction Skills. Our scaffolders have undergone training from Basic Part 1 up to Advance Scaffolder Level.
Supervisors and managers are trained to Site Supervisor and Site Manager Safety Training Scheme requirements, and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
Our yard staff are trained to the CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) standards. Our number of employees that have undergone HSE First Aid at Work training exceeds the HSE requirements and we actively give employees the opportunity to become first aid trained.
Supervisors and charge hands carry out 'took box talks' onsite regularly to raise safety awareness.
